We believe that leadership is a force multiplier. It is a tool that every project manager must have and must use. We believe that there are better ways to lead projects than the traditional methods, methods designed to manage highly directive, repetitive projects. In today's knowledge-intensive projects, the project manager tends to be the one with the least expertise in the subject area and must leverage the group's intelligence to be successful.

With over 25 years of experience in high technology, many of them at Intel Corporation, our founder, Jose Solera, MBA, PMP, CSM, knows how to successfully lead projects and programs. From small, simple implementations to the multi-million dollar Y2K project, Jose has led multiple projects to excellent results.
